About Me

Over the last decade, I have worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer specializing in human performance testing such as VO2 Max Testing, lactate threshold testing, functional movement screens and analysis, along with speed and agility testing. My passion is running and I have worked with runners on all spectrums, from novices to Olympic athletes.

Over the last ten years I have been working as a Fuel Coach, specifically on nutrition, supplementation, and a holistic fuel strategy for professional track and field sprinters. I have assisted them through the London, Rio & Tokyo Olympic Games, multiple World Championships and am now helping them prepare for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

Today I work with people at all levels and spectrums of life. Though I continue to work with professional and elite athletes, I enjoy working with kids, business executives, mothers on the go, and any individual who is committed to improving their overall quality of life.
