I would love the opportunity to consult with you and determine the perfect protocol to meet your needs along with your goals while complimenting your current lifestyle.  My beliefs are that there is no one way to play and it is only through strategy, implementation, and realization of (current lifestyle/ reality/ current ability) that we can design a regimen that will properly progress you.


Fuel Coach

I provide nutrition, supplementation, and overall fuel strategy for professional, elite athletes, and novice athletes. Healthy eating is not about one thing such as perfection, science overload, calorie counting, creating a new identity, escaping life’s monotony, being epic, abstention, or being easy.  It is about serving your body with the widest array of nutrients to meet the demands of your lifestyle while regulating your appetite, blood sugar, inflammatory process, and overall health.  Proper diet helps to not only restore your fluids, electrolytes, and replenish muscle glycogen but also to repair the damage you inflict on your skeletal muscles. Timing is very important along with routine and preparation. This is the very essence of what I can help you with. Helping you to set up your refueling and rehydration plan in relation to your day and your sport is essential for a performance enhancement strategy.


My career began as a direct result of my passion (not obsession) for running.  I once had the goal to conform the world into becoming runners! I strongly believe that nearly everyone can be taught to run and even more importantly can be trained to run faster. I have a lot to say on this topic and would love to help you construct the ultimate running plan.  I can teach you to run faster, not just longer through better run economy, mechanics, and programming.

Fuel Workshops/ Speaking Requests

I can organize a workshop which teaches pragmatic and practical ways to contextually integrate fuel into your sport or daily life. This includes but is not limited to food sampling, recipe demo and preparations, etc.

I have presented at marathon expos, school assemblies, community awareness events, staff education, camps of all calibers, and was an instructor for 3000/4000 level college exercise physiology courses at the University of Central Florida.

I also present on a variety of topics, whether it be integrating physiology into your sport, lactate threshold training, obtaining your true VO2 max, diabetes, nutritional efficacy, etc.


Looking to arrange a team testing day for your team can be a great way to track progression off the field and serves as a good break from the daily technical aspects of your sport. It also can help each individual athlete to understand and discern their strengths and weaknesses. Not only does testing incorporate a scientific approach to further progression it also serves as a good form of camaraderie amongst your athletes. Most tests can be compared to national statistics and are assigned a score so athletes understand the purpose and where they stand.

Additionally, setting up a testing day around a mini-camp (designed by myself or fellow teammates) or camp week can serve an even greater purpose to further enlighten your athletes on the why’s and how’s of their sport.  An educated athlete is a far superior athlete!
